Terms of Use
TypeArabicOnline.com provides a free, browser-based Arabic keyboard. By visiting or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The service
The site lets you write Arabic text with a virtual keyboard or by mapping your existing physical keyboard, add diacritics, and copy the result elsewhere. It is free to use for personal, educational and professional purposes, requires no account, and does not need any software to be installed.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the text you create and for wherever you paste it. You agree not to use the site to produce or distribute unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful content, and not to attempt to disrupt the service - for example by automated scraping at a scale that degrades availability, by probing or attacking the infrastructure, or by circumventing technical limits.
Your content
Anything you type stays yours. Because the keyboard runs locally and the text is stored only in your own browser, we claim no rights over it and have no access to it. Keep your own copies of anything important: clearing your browser storage, using private browsing, or switching devices will remove the autosaved text permanently.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may add, modify, or discontinue features, pages or language versions at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy or completeness of the keyboard-layout and how-to reference material published here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of text, data, time or profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Intellectual property
The site design, interface, code and written guides are protected by copyright and remain the property of their owner. The Arabic script, the standard Arabic 101 layout, and the text you produce are not covered by that claim. You may not copy the site as a whole and present it as your own service.
Third-party services
The site relies on a hosting provider and on aggregated analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy. Their handling of technical data is governed by their own terms.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
